Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform various clinical procedures such as injections, IVs, hormone pellet insertions, laser therapy, microneedling, PRF treatments, and more. Provide care in aesthetic, non-invasive, cash pay med spa services. Manage case management responsibilities to coordinate patient care effectively. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Educate patients through patient consultations and spa events. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills and experience: Must hold a medical degree from a college or university listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED). Must have a current, valid medical license to practice medicine in the State of Alaska. Minimum of 1 year hands-on clinical cosmetic aesthetic experience preferred but not disqualifying. Willingness to learn. Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable with giving presentations. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Comfortable working in a sales/education-oriented job (sales training will be provided). Strong communication and listening skills. Must be a team player. Basic computer knowledge.
