What You’ll Lead
As Clinical Director, you will oversee all clinical operations and set the standard for excellence in resident care and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring the clinical team to deliver exceptional resident care
- Ensuring accurate assessments, appropriate admissions, and ongoing care planning
- Partnering with residents, families, physicians, and community leadership to drive positive outcomes
- Overseeing medication management, documentation, and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring resident conditions and proactively responding to changes
- Reviewing incidents, identifying trends, and implementing preventative solutions
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Serving as a key member of the community leadership team, helping drive overall success
This role blends clinical expertise, operational oversight, and team development — ideal for a leader who wants both impact and influence.
Qualifications :
- Current RN or LPN license in the state of employment
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or senior living
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Experience with dementia care preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop care staff
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skill
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Experience with electronic health records preferred
