Bonus Amount tbd Overview St. Mary’s General Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician to join our established and growing women’s health program in Passaic, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physician to practice comprehensive OB/GYN care while serving a diverse patient population in a community‑focused hospital setting. Position Highlights Full‑scope Obstetrics and Gynecology practice Balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities Established referral network and strong community presence Collaborative team environment with experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and specialists Access to advanced diagnostic and surgical technology Opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and resident education, if desired Competitive compensation package with productivity incentives Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off Relocation assistance available Responsibilities Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care Manage prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum patients Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques Deliver preventive women’s health services and screenings Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality patient care Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Participate in shared call coverage Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient‑centered, evidence‑based care Pay Transparency St. Mary’s General Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $250,000.00 to $300,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire.
