IT Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills and deep experience managing Microsoft 365 environments while providing high-quality end-user support. Minimum 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1–2 helpdesk support for users across hardware, software, and network issues Administer and manage Microsoft 365 / Office 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD) Manage user accounts, permissions, licensing, and security policies Support Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Troubleshoot email, authentication, and collaboration platform issues Work with ticketing systems and IT management tools Assist with endpoint management, patching, and device compliance Maintain documentation and support IT operations Required Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP) Experience with common IT support tools, RMM platforms, and ticketing systems Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Preferred PowerShell scripting experience preferred Microsoft or CompTIA certifications a plus Experience in cloud environments Dallas / Ft Worth area location to join our team Location: Dallas / Ft Worth area.
