As a Customer Service Rep, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on customer support calls. You are primarily responsible for handling service and warranty requests. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people.
