Project Programmer **Future Opportunity**CSEngineering is seeking a Project Programmer to support facility investment planning, project development, and capital-programming activities for a Department of Defense installation. The ideal candidate will bring experience developing project requirements, cost estimates, and supporting documentation for facility sustainment, restoration, modernization, and construction projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain facility project-programming packages in accordance with applicable DoD, Air Force, and installation business rules.Gather, validate, and document project requirements from customers, engineering personnel, maintenance shops, and other stakeholders.Prepare project documentation, including DD Form 1391s, project requirements, cost estimates, basis-of-estimate narratives, and supporting approval materials.Develop parametric cost estimates using Government-approved estimating tools and account for local market conditions, project constraints, and restricted-area requirements.Support project review boards, planning meetings, project prioritization, and annual infrastructure planning activities.Maintain accurate project records and data in Government project-management and planning systems.
