What We Are Looking For We need a skilled and reliable Dental Assistant who can step in and smoothly manage both clinical and patient-care flow. This is an independent role designed for someone who already knows the ropes and takes pride in a job well done. Experience:

Minimum of

1+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience

Ability to independently perform all standard dental assistant functions (chairside assisting, room turnaround, and infection control). Attributes:

Key Responsibilities Provide independent, proactive chairside assistance for a variety of dental procedures. Set up and break down treatment rooms efficiently, maintaining absolute compliance with infection control protocols. Comfort, prepare, and educate patients, ensuring they have an excellent and stress-free experience. Take high-quality digital X-rays and dental impressions. Collaborate closely with our solo doctor and tight-knit staff to keep the daily schedule running smoothly. Requirements & Qualifications At least

1 year of dental assisting experience

. Current CPR certification. (We can help if this needs renewed). Familiarity with standard dental management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
