Wealth Management Advisor

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Wealth Management Advisor. This is a full time position with offices located in Boca Raton, FL, Shrewsbury and Woodcliff Lake, NJ. This Position offers a sign on bonus for the right candidate. This is a long-term career building lifelong client relationships. What you’ll be doing Protect: Ensure a death, disability, or lawsuit does not derail a family financially. Cash Flow: Build roadmaps so clients know if they are on track for their goals. Growth: Help clients grow assets for the long term with sound strategies. Debt: Create strategies to eliminate debt efficiently and build wealth. Identify prospects and opportunities in existing book of business. Work and collaborate as a team for an enhanced client experience. Develop new business relationships with firm’s target market through community involvement, professional networks, and personal networks. Achieve required personal production core requirements. You are a self‑motivated individual with strong organizational skills. You have a minimum of Two years of Wealth Management and Financial Planning experience. You are currently managing a personal book of business with a minimum of 50 households. Life and Health Insurance licensed or willingness to get it Series 7 and 66 licensed or willingness to get it You have working knowledge of capital markets, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.
