Our team takes pride in the craft behind what we serve, from freshly baked pastries to carefully prepared coffee and food. About the Role We’re always interested in connecting with talented kitchen professionals who may be a great fit for Sage as our team continues to grow. Our Line Cooks play an important role in executing Sage’s scratch-made menu with consistency, quality, and care. This is a hands-on role for someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in the food they prepare, and understands the importance of a clean, organized station. Whether we have an immediate opening or are building our pipeline for future opportunities, we welcome applications from experienced cooks who are interested in being part of the Sage team. What You’ll Do Prepare and execute menu items according to Sage recipes and standards Maintain consistency in flavor, quality, portioning, and presentation Set up, stock, and maintain a clean and organized station Follow recipes, prep lists, and kitchen procedures accurately and efficiently Properly label, date, store, and rotate ingredients and prepared food Follow food safety and sanitation standards throughout each shift Communicate and collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth service Pitch in across the kitchen as needed to support the team What We’re Looking For Previous experience working in a professional kitchen preferred Solid foundational cooking and knife skills Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic A willingness to learn and continue developing your culinary skills A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the broader Sage team Schedule & Availability Weekend availability is required for this role. We’re looking for someone with strong, reliable availability who can consistently support the kitchen’s service needs.
