• 1-3 years of food service experience
• Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Set up food stations with proper items, utensils, and signage
• Serve food portions to customers according to standard portion sizes and dietary requirements
• Assist with basic food prep, such as chopping vegetables
• Greet guests courteously and answer questions about menu items
• Handle customer complaints or refer to a supervisor as needed
• Operate cash register or POS system if assigned
• Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas clean throughout the shift
• Properly dispose of food waste and recyclables
