About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a PRN Nurse, you will provide short-term nursing care to our residents, including administering medications. Your expertise will help our residents manage their health conditions, maintain their independence, and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to our residents in accordance with our community's policies and procedures

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by our consulting physicians

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of our residents' physical and emotional needs

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in medication administration.

Requirements:

• Nursing Diploma or Degree required

• Current Ohio licensure required

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
