Clinical Psychologist
Health Care Administrators Association® (HCAA)
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to conduct medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. Responsibilities include: performing in-person disability assessments, reviewing electronic medical records via a secure web portal, and accurately documenting findings on VA forms. Note: This role does not involve treatment or medication prescription. Disability determinations are made by the VA. Work schedule: Full-time with in-person and telehealth days, averaging four Veterans assessments daily. Qualifications: Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited program, active unrestricted psychology license, proficient in electronic documentation and technology. Key skills: compassionate, analytical, excellent time management, professional demeanor, and empathetic interaction with Veterans.
