Role Youth Mentor Description Provide guidance, encouragement, and academic/career support to youth participants through one-on‑one or small group mentoring. Time Commitment 2 hours a week for session, availability for group meetings 2 times a month and ongoing training. Ideal For High School Students, community members. Skills Communication Active listening Patience Reliability Qualifications Interest in youth development. Mentorship or volunteer experience preferred (not required).
