Technology and Innovation - Senior Associate (OneStream)

Riveron is a OneStream Diamond Partner looking for a Senior Associate focused on the OneStream Platform to join our Technology Enablement practice. This client-facing role will be focused on three areas. Responsibilities Primary focus will be engagement delivery and quality assurance on the OneStream platform. Work side‑by‑side with leadership to assist with multiple client engagements, including implementations, optimizations, integrations, and technical support, demonstrating a proven implementation background and willingness to act as a consultant. Further practice capabilities and develop team members. Collaborate with team members to develop effective OneStream solutions. Work directly with team members to develop business requirements and translate them into specific tasks. Assist with workshops to define implementation strategies. Assist implementation teams in executing implementation. Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components, including functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements. Collaborate with broader capability teams to interface with other opportunities. Work with practice leadership to develop case studies, technical training, business development training, collateral, and engagement materials/templates. Assist in scoping OneStream modules and services required to help clients achieve engagement objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS). 1+ years of implementation or optimization of the OneStream Platform. Participation in parts or a full OneStream implementation. Ability to translate business requirements into effective OneStream solutioning. Experience with VB.net or Visual Basic and business rule writing. Understanding of core Actual and FP&A financial concepts and statements. Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes and procedures (financial close, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, account reconciliation, etc.). Understanding of delivery methodology and ability to lead teams in implementing the solution according to design/architecture. Experience assisting customer workshop sessions to educate clients on latest technology trends and best practices. Broad knowledge and solutioning of OneStream Marketplace solutions. Mastery of Microsoft Office Products and data modeling. Ability to develop, grow, and sustain client relationships. Entrepreneurial spirit and solution‑oriented mindset. Team‑oriented personality. Ability to work in ever‑changing, dynamic environments. Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams. Desire to get involved in Riveron culture and internal initiatives. OneStream Certified Associate Administration and/or Implementation Foundation. OneStream Certified Professional a plus.
