Senior Data Scientist

To redefine the future of rewards and incentives, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will leverage advanced analytics, AI, and predictive modeling to influence strategic decision-making and optimize global incentive programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Define quota-setting strategy and partner with various teams to apply data science methods to incentive design Design and implement scalable methods to analyze large datasets, generating actionable insights for business impact Collaborate with stakeholders to frame analytical questions and translate business context into analytical frameworks Required qualifications Doctorate or Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field with relevant data-science experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into data-driven solutions using ML algorithms Experience in PowerBI reporting and business planning is a plus Hands-on experience with developing and deploying AI models is a plus
