Sr. Financial AnalystFull-Time/Part-Time - Full-TimeBizWorth is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the firm's valuation team through economic and industry research, financial analysis, and valuation model preparation. This role is designed for finance and accounting professionals who bring strong analytical fundamentals and are interested in applying those skills within the business valuation environment. Prior valuation experience is not required. This position is well suited for candidates with a strong background in finance or accounting who want to expand their expertise into business valuation. BizWorth provides a defined path for analysts to become certified appraisers and supports that progression by investing in professional training and certification.The Work You Will DoSupport valuation engagements by performing the analytical and research work that underpins each conclusion of value that is prepared by the certified appraisers you support.Your role is hands-on and detail-oriented, contributing directly to the quality and defensibility of each report.Collect, analyze, and report national, regional, and local economic data, including employment, population, household income, and real estate trends.Identify and document industry trends and company-specific factors relevant to valuation.Gather, review, and analyze data used to support valuation conclusions, including financial statements, tax returns, sales contracts, partnership agreements, economic data, appraisals, comparable transactions, budgets, and forecasts.Support the preparation of detailed and summary valuation reports, delivered in both written and verbal formats.Assist in organizing findings into clear, defensible conclusions for client delivery.Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including streamlining and automation of existing workflows.Flexible Work ScheduleWork is performed onsite Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday to encourage close collaboration and one-on-one learning with senior leadership and certified appraisers. Joining the team now means growing alongside the firm and building a career grounded in accuracy, professionalism, and long-term opportunity.Position RequirementsHigh level of proficiency in financial statement analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Ability to identify inconsistencies, missing items, or unusual trends in financial data.Advanced Excel skills including linking sheets, reorganizing data, and tracing formulas.Ability to follow detailed processes with accuracy and consistency.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to recognize patterns and think critically about financial information.Capacity to summarize findings in a clear, structured manner.Ability to prepare professional questions, notes, and summaries.Native level of English fluency in speaking, writing, and reading.Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial statement review, audit support, accounting, or tax.Familiarity with valuation concepts such as seller discretionary earnings, earnings before interest taxes depreciation and amortization, and nonrecurring adjustments.Experience supporting U.S. clients or working in a professional services environment.Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a respected institution known for strong quantitative and financial reporting programs.Exempt/Non-Exempt - Non-ExemptEOE Statement - We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
