Marketing Partnership Coordinator (Hybrid Northern NJ Office)

Growing Food Manufacturer in Northern NJ is hiring for a Marketing Partnership Coordinator! The coordinator will support the launch and growth of high-profile sports and cultural partnerships for a fast-growing CPG brand. Acting as a key liaison between the brand and partners, this role will drive seamless execution of initiatives that build brand awareness, engage consumers, activate retail, and fuel business growth. • Support the planning and execution of partnership marketing campaigns and activations.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and activation calendars across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage partnership assets, including signage, digital and social content, hospitality, talent appearances, and experiential activations.
• Ensure partnership rights and contractual obligations are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Support the planning and execution of large-scale experiential activations, including pop-ups, fan experiences, sampling, and tentpole brand moments.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and sports organization partners on creative production and execution.
• Track budgets, invoices, purchase orders, and partnership expenses.
• Maintain project documentation, calendars, activation trackers, and recap materials.
• Support retail activation programs, including displays, sweepstakes, sampling, and promotions.
• Support consumer engagement across digital, social, experiential, and community channels.
• Coordinate branded merchandise, giveaways, and event materials.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI across partnership initiatives.
• Monitor social, event, and activation performance.
• Prepare executive presentations, post-event recaps, and partnership updates.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in partnership, sports, brand, experiential, agency, or related marketing.
• CPG, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
• Familiarity with paid and organic social media, including Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads, and key performance metrics preferred.

The budget range is up to $100k base, plus bonus and Benefits!
