Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated RestaurantManager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and leadership. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing daily operations, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, utilizing a wide range of skills to drive success

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance on customer service
• Conduct staff training programs to improve skills and knowledge in food service, customer service, and teamwork
• Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and budgeting to ensure financial performance and profitability
• Help to maintain a positive and respectful work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Assist in addressing customer complaints and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and drive business growth

Job Requirments

• Proven experience in managing food service operations, preferably in a restaurant setting
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive dining experience
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and cash handling
• Ability to manage a budget and control labor costs
• Experience with staff training and development programs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Willingness to help and support the team in achieving their goals
