DescriptionOverview:The Data Reporting and Analytics Consultant V is a senior individual contributor who will support Kaiser Permanente’s Colorado and Nevada markets and serves as the market’s expert on membership performance. This role analyzes and forecasts membership trends across all segments, translating complex market dynamics, competitive positioning, and regulatory impacts into clear, actionable insight. The consultant provides objective, trusted analytics that guide executive decision-making. Partnering closely with market leaders across both health plan and care delivery, the role reconciles differing perspectives and aligns stakeholders around realistic, data-driven membership forecasts. Success in this role requires advanced proficiency in Excel modeling, SQL, and data visualization, with additional value placed on Tableau, Databricks, Python, and modern forecasting methods. Through rigorous analysis and strong executive communication, the Consultant V plays a critical role in strengthening membership performance and shaping the market’s growth strategy.Job Summary:This individual contributor is primarily responsible for driving strategic data-informed decisions, gathering data and information on targeted variables in an established systematic fashion, preparing data for analytic efforts, and interpreting complex data analyses.
