Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end project management for data centre initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to maintain project momentum. Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals. Drive continuous improvement by analysing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned. Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably within the data centre or IT infrastructure industry. Strong understanding of data centre operations, infrastructure, and technologies. Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration) or equivalent experience. Day‑to‑Day Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns. Oversee vendor and contractor performance, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks proactively. Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up‑to‑date, and accessible. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the project team.
