Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Banquet Manager in coordinating and supervising banquet events from setup to breakdown

- Ensure all banquet functions are executed according to client specifications and hotel standards

- Oversee banquet staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service

- Monitor event timelines and logistics to ensure smooth operations

- Collaborate with culinary and service teams to meet guest expectations

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations in banquet areas

- Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in banquet or event management preferred
