Job Summary HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital is seeking a full‑time Emergency Medicine Physician to join our prestigious practice in Tamarac, FL. Formerly University Hospital, our 271‑bed full‑service facility has served Broward County for over 50 years. Specialization Emergency Medicine Description 23 beds, including 6 in fast‑track Approximately 40,000 annual ER visits 2.1 patient‑per‑hour (PPH) 40 hours of medical coverage Monday–Friday; 36 hours Saturday/Sunday 24‑hour Advanced Practice Provider coverage 28% admission rate Extensive sub‑specialty coverage EMR: Meditech, Pdoc, and Dragon dictation Qualifications Board Certified (ABEM or AOBEM) with ACLS and PALS, or Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine with at least five years of current ER experience.
