Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | On-Call and Weekend Availability Required as Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit operating under a team nursing model with support from PCCs, LPNs, and other staff
• Manage patient assignments within established team nursing ratios, collaborating closely with ancillary team members
• Participate in on-call coverage and weekend shifts as needed per unit requirements
• Adhere to all facility compliance, floating, and holiday work policies, including potential float to like units or nearby campuses
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, preferably within an EPIC electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee or a valid Compact (NLC) RN license in full compliance with NLC guidelines — no pending licenses accepted
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• At least 1 prior completed travel nursing assignment
• Level I or Level II Trauma experience required
• Valid driver's license required at time of submission
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (strict local traveler policy enforced)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
• Experience working in a large hospital setting
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
