Payroll Tax Analyst

Our client is seeking a Tax Analyst, Corporate Payroll to join their team. As a Tax Analyst, Corporate Payroll, you will be part of the Payroll Division supporting the Corporate Payroll department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Tax Analyst, Corporate Payroll Location: Tampa, FL Responsibilities Manage all aspects of payroll tax processing and ensure compliance across multiple states. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll tax practices with professionalism and accuracy. Perform audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate employee tax setup and reporting. Investigate and resolve variances between payroll systems and tax notices. Collaborate with internal and external teams during audits and compliance reviews. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in payroll or related field. Experience working with multi-state large employers and garnishment processing. Extensive knowledge of payroll & time systems and multi-state tax calculations. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Ability to work in an in-office environment with a flexible schedule to support West Coast hours.
