Remote NCAA Travel Consultant

As the first contact for NCAA travelers, the full-time Remote NCAA Travel Consultant will manage domestic and basic international travel requests for both group and individual travel, utilizing industry technology to provide efficient and courteous service. Key responsibilities Handle travel requests via phone, email, and portal for air, hotel, and car reservations Manage booking, administrative, and accounting tasks related to customer travel requests Contribute positively to the team environment while ensuring quality and accountability in revenue-generating tasks Required qualifications Associate's degree and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service position Travel agency experience is preferred but not required Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, and weekends during peak business periods is required
