Aerie - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Your Role As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it. You love the products, are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest, and represent our company values, bringing your real self to work every day. Your Responsibilities Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on product details and suggest product options that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve customer concerns while following company policy. Assist teammates to get the job done. Adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures with integrity. You'd Be Great for This Role If Love interacting with people. Have energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Love AE and Aerie products. Have prior retail experience. At least 16 years old. Pay / Benefits Information Starting pay is based on experience, location, and other factors. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
