divh2Bartender Position/h2pBeautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has openings for experienced full- and part-time bartenders in our Main Clubhouse. The location of many of the Clubs dining venues, the Clubhouse features The Highland Grille, an upscale casual dining room, as well as the Tartan Lounge, an elegant bar./ppBartenders play a vital role on the Clubhouses Food and Beverage Team during both lunch/dinner service and special events. Responsible for creating and mixing a variety of drinks, bartenders ensure orders are served to members and guests in a timely fashion./ppResponsibilities:/pulliPrepares drinks for server to serve and/or serves directly to members and their guests. Performs tableside wine serve according to ICC standards./liliReceives cocktail and/or food orders at the bar and at the members table, when needed.
