Overview
Occupational Therapist – General travel assignment in Lodi, California. Start date: 10/26/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,514–$2,535 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 5x8 days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Setting: short-term acute care hospital inpatient rehabilitation.

Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of occupational therapy treatment aimed at restoring and improving physical, social, and cognitive function; collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop individualized evaluation findings and treatment plans; select and implement appropriate therapy interventions.
- Establish care and discharge plans; communicate plans to patients, families, and care team.
- Complete comprehensive, accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
- Supervise assigned therapy assistants and maintain appropriate supervision per policy.

Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); required; only if license obtained on or after January 2007, or foreign equivalent.
- Licensure: Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice (California) required.
- Certifications: CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
- Experience: Two years’ occupational therapy experience preferred; EPIC experience required.
- Other: Current practice in an inpatient acute care setting; ability to work weekend shifts as needed.
