Job Description

ServiceMASTER, a leader in the disaster restoration services, is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the LaGrange, GA location. The ideal candidate will have construction experience and experience with residential insurance restoration (smoke, fire, water damage). Come join our team today!DUTIESDevelop and maintain a business relationship with insurance adjusters and subcontractorsServe as primary liaison between the customer and insurance carrierManage all projects from start to finish while maintaining profitabilityParticipate in on-call rotationCoordinate daily work for techniciansEnsure that all employees follow safety guidelinesQUALIFICATIONSMust have project management experienceMust have construction experienceGood customer service skillsMust obtain a sense of urgency, problem solving and decision makingMust have good computer skills and familiarity with XactimateMust possess excellent written and verbal skillsWorking knowledge of basic office equipment Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background checkMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
