Other duties may be assigned. Adheres to agency policy and procedures, as found in theonline SharePoint folder.Alsoadheres to CARF and DMHSAS standards and criteria, federal and state confidentiality rules and regulations, and any special funding source requirements including Medicaid and HCA regulations. Supports and promotes a service environment for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services thatisrecovery focused, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of individuals who may have experienced trauma in their lives. Attends annual core competencies training inrelationshiptoindividuals with co-occurring disorders or who have experienced trauma in their lives. Leadsthe treatment team for intensive services for clients admitted to the URC. Will use assessment and clinical judgement todetermineconsumers’ next level of care to include outpatient services and/or acute hospitalization. May bedesignatedto fill outLMHPstatement if hospitalization isrequired. Establishes andmaintainsprofessional working relationships withsupervisorand peers. Can effectively work within a team or group setting cohesively. Establishes rapport with consumers, assesses consumer needs; organizes, plans, and delivers face-to-face client services. Provides clinical assessments, evaluations,de-escalation/safety planning, crisisintervention. Provide various therapeutic interventions as needed toassistclientsinidentifyingand overcoming barriers in their lives that may hinder them from reaching their immediate goals. Teach andassistindevelopmentof problem solving and coping skills. Provide services therapeutic services that are recovery focused, co-occurring capable, culturally competent, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of the individuals who may have experienced trauma in their lives. Responsible formaintainingstrictest confidentiality guidelines forinteractionsregardingclientand family information. Utilizes the philosophy of Collaborative/Therapeutic Documentation to meet clinical record keeping documentation standards and ensure documentation is completed with the Consumer to the extent possible and all documentation is completed on the same day of the date of service. Attends meetings and works in collaboration with various community partners including but not limited to: Oklahoma City Police Department, Oklahoma court system, DMHSAS, OCCIC, and other inpatient hospitals or crisis centers. Responsible forseeking outsupervisoryassistanceforadditionaltraining and to enhance skill set as needed. Interactswith other professionals to discuss therapy or treatment,new resourcesor techniques, and to share information. Reports anddocumentsservicesin accordance withagency policy and procedures. Adheres toHOPEpolicy and procedure of having documentation completed by the end of the next business day. Available Shifts – Sunday thru Tuesday 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am with rotating Wednesdays; Thursday thru Saturday 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am with rotating Wednesdays; PRN available to cover call ins and vacations Performs other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Toperform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Master’s Degree in Counseling or Socialwork/related field.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Professionallicense isrequired(LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LADC, etc.). Required to complete TherapeuticOptions, orapproved safety training and annual updates. Requiredto obtain andmaintainFirst Aid and CPR Certifications. Mustpossesscurrent, valid Oklahoma license, meet HOPE insurance requirements. HOPE will annually obtaincopyof Motor Vehicle Record from the Department of Public Safety.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read andcomprehendcomplexinstructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence to courts, schools, etc. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to families, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to complete thorough andaccurateclinical documentation and writing in a medical record chart and complete needed assessments.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to applycommonsenseunderstanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to seek outsupervisoryassistanceforadditionaltraining when needed and make application of techniques or other skills to meet essential job duties and responsibilities.
