What You’ll Do At Daniel Stark, the role of a personal injury paralegal involves more than just meeting with clients, drafting documents, and managing attorney calendars and deadlines. As a paralegal at our firm, you will embody our core values and work closely with a team lead who supports your personal and professional growth. You will understand and empathize with our clients’ stories, fears, and pain, guide them through unfamiliar territory, and advocate on their behalf. The Breakdown Provide exemplary customer service to clients. Foster productive and friendly relationships with clients and attorneys. Manage a docket of 40‑50 cases with an ‘A’ client rating, assigned attorney, and leadership. Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and affidavits under lawyer supervision. What We’re Looking For Personal injury litigation experience is a plus. Sense of urgency. Ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks. Empathy. Strong attention to detail.
