Were looking for a dedicated, peoplefocused Studio Manager who thrives in a fastpaced, servicedriven environment. Youll oversee daily operations, support and develop the team, and ensure every guest receives an exceptional experience. This role is perfect for someone who loves leadership, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow with a brand thats redefining nail care. What Youll Do
- Train, coach, and support Nail Specialists to ensure flawless service execution
- Lead the Guest Experience Cycle and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and ensure the studio is fully stocked and operational
- Support marketing, community engagement, and local brand awareness
- Oversee scheduling, hiring, performance management, and team development
- Maintain strict safety and sterilization standards that exceed state requirements
- Lead daily huddles and drive studio performance toward service and revenue goals
- Serve as a working managerjumping in to support Specialists and Concierge as needed
- Communicate process improvements and partner with ownership on studio growth
- Maintain studio cleanliness, appearance, and basic facility upkeep
- Participate in community outreach and volunteer initiatives
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership presence and professional behavior
- Exceptional customer service skills
- 2+ years of management experience
- 2+ years in the beauty, spa, or wellness industry
