TCI Agencies is hiring a Commercial Lines Insurance Sales Representative in Scottsdale, AZ. You'll build and manage your own book of commercial insurance business (prospecting, quoting, binding, and servicing), working alongside agency leadership with input on how the agency grows and how your role evolves with it. We focus on mid-market commercial accounts, businesses that are too large for a typical small agency to service well and too small for the national brokerages to prioritize. This is not a role where you disappear into a hierarchy We are building our own technology and AI tools to make sales and servicing more efficient, and you will be part of shaping how that works BENEFITS Compensation First-year on-target earnings of $70,000 to $80,000 including commissions, with a competitive base salary depending on experience.
