Nurse Practitioner Integrated Women’s Care (IWC) Employment Type: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt Compensation: $55 - $75 / hour, based on geographic location Reports To: Nurse Practitioner Manager Work Location: Remote — work must be completed within the United States Schedule: Between 7:00am – 7:00pm, patient local timezone You built your career caring for women at a time when the healthcare system largely ignored them. THE ROLE You’ll carry a full patient panel, managing perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep — all virtually. This is ongoing, relationship-based care, which means your patients come back to you — visit after visit, over months and years. You’ll prescribe and independently manage HRT (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone), evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management including GLP-1 therapies, and make autonomous clinical decisions every day. It’s a high-volume environment. Documentation, follow-through, and productivity benchmarks are part of the job — and the NPs who thrive here don’t fight that reality, they’re built for it. WHO THRIVES HERE Our most successful NPs tend to share a few things in common: They are genuinely passionate about women’s midlife health — this isn’t a stopover, it’s their calling They are fluent with technology — EHR, video, AI scribe tools, Slack, clinical decision support — and they adapt quickly when tools change They hold themselves to a high standard without needing to be managed toward it They can carry a full panel, hit productivity targets, and still make every patient feel like the only one They’ve practiced independently long enough to trust their own clinical judgment They believe that listening deeply and documenting accurately are both forms of excellent care MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC 3+ years independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients 3+ years independently prescribing and titrating HRT 3+ years managing a continuous NP patient panel — building ongoing relationships and making autonomous clinical decisions over time 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience 1+ year evaluating and prescribing pharmacologic weight management therapies, including GLP-1 agonists Multiple active state licenses (DEA preferred) Preferred: certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine WHY MIDI A patient population that is engaged, informed, and deeply grateful for real care Full clinical autonomy within a supportive, protocol-driven framework Fully remote with scheduling between 7am–7pm patient local time Desirable benefits package Accredited training eligible for Continuing Education (CE) Clinician Professional Development Allowance Paid time off A team that takes women’s health as seriously as you do WORKING ENVIRONMENT This is a fully remote position requiring reliable high-speed internet access and the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. The role involves prolonged computer use, including extended periods of sitting, video conferencing, and electronic documentation.
