Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and energetic Registered Nurse (RN) who is passionate about skincare, aesthetics, and helping people look and feel their best.

New graduates and RNs without aesthetic experience are encouraged to apply!

We value personality, professionalism, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic just as much as previous experience.

What You'll Do

• Perform aesthetic treatments, based on your training, qualifications, and clinical authorization, including laser treatments, RF microneedling, injectables, and other advanced procedures.
• Conduct patient consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients about treatment options, expected results, and aftercare.
• Build strong relationships with patients and encourage long-term loyalty.
• Confidently recommend treatment packages, skincare products, and services based on patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow all safety and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with our team to create an outstanding patient experience.
• Stay motivated to learn new techniques, technologies, and treatments.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Strong interest in medical aesthetics and skincare.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills.
• Confidence in discussing treatment plans, pricing, and recommendations with patients.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred but NOT required:

• Previous experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery.
• Experience with Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, or RF microneedling.
• Sales or customer service experience.

No previous aesthetic experience? That's okay! We're willing to invest in training the right candidate who is motivated, responsible, and eager to grow.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-Time: 2–3 days per week.
• Must be available to work 3 Saturdays per month.
