Operations Support Coordinator

What You’ll Do: Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales team Assist with customer service and account support Process credit and collections activities Issue purchase orders for MRO purchasing Support Accounts Payable functions including invoice vouchering Perform data entry for billing, inventory, and internal systems Assist with general office operations and special projects as needed What We’re Looking For: Previous administrative, clerical, or customer service experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and customer interaction skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Steel industry or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Why Join SB Specialty Metals?
