Investor Services Senior (REMOTE)

Job Description

Our client, a private markets fund administrator, is hiring an Investor Services Senior Associate for a team dedicated to one private equity fund manager client. The seat covers day-to-day LP servicing (inquiries, portal postings, capital activity and investor records) and includes building AI and automation tools that take manual work out of those processes.

Compensation : $85,000 to $125,000

\n

\n

Location : New York, New York (Open to FULLY REMOTE)

\n

\n

What You'll Do

\n

- Run a shared investor inbox, answering LP questions accurately and on deadline

\n

- Post investor deliverables to the investor portal, with confidentiality and regulatory rules in mind

\n

- Keep investor records current in eFront and the CRM, and track investor activity across both

\n

- Support capital call and distribution processing, with close attention to accuracy and timing

\n

- Process account updates and audit confirmations

\n

- Help onboard new investors and refine how investor servicing gets done

\n

- Partner with treasury, fund accounting, and data and reporting teams so investors get a consistent experience

\n

- Spot manual, repetitive steps in the investor servicing workflow, then build and test AI and automation fixes and keep them running

\n

\n

What We're Looking For

\n

- 2+ years of investor services, client service or related experience supporting private equity funds, at a fund administrator, fund manager or investment bank

\n

- Hands-on eFront experience (required)

\n

- Experience with AI, automation or workflow-improvement projects

\n

- Strong Microsoft Office skills

\n

- Highly organized: you track open items and close them out on time

\n

- Sharp attention to detail, clear communication and good judgment on when to escalate

\n

- Able to work independently and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

\n

\n

Preferred

\n

- Experience with a CRM platform

\n

- Private equity fund accounting experience combined with investor-facing responsibilities

\n

- Working knowledge of subscription lines, NAV facilities, management fees and performance fees

\n

- Experience with due diligence questionnaires, capital call and distribution tracking, and investor account statements

\n
