Director of Residential Services

As our Director, you will guide residential teams, mentor leaders, and ensure services not only meet but exceed OPWDD standards. What You\’ll Do Lead an dinspire residential teams to deliver exceptional care. Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations while maintaining a therapeutic, person-centered environment. Promote professional development and training for staff. Collaborate across departments to improve operations and service delivery. Provide flexible support, including participation in on-call responsibilities. Proven leadership experience in residential services for individuals with I/DD. Strong understanding of ABA principles and OPWDD regulations.
