Physical Therapist - Travel Contract Position

Location: Denton, Texas

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day Shift: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with experience in acute care or inpatient rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic team at a Level II trauma center and will focus on standard mobility and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in their patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Work with a diverse caseload, focusing on complex trauma and neuro patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
• Acute care experience, including clinical rotations.
• Experience with complex trauma and neuro patients is preferred.
