Robotic Engineer

Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and implement robotic systems and automation solutions for industrial and commercial applications. Program, configure, test, and optimize robotic systems, controllers, and automation equipment. Develop and maintain robot motion control, path planning, and system integration solutions. Integrate sensors, actuators, machine vision systems, and control components into robotic platforms. Perform simulation, testing, validation, and troubleshooting of robotic applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers. Conduct root cause analysis and resolve technical issues to improve system performance and reliability. Develop technical documentation, specifications, operating procedures, and project reports. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards during development and deployment. Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement of robotic systems. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field. 4 to 9 years of experience in robotics, automation, mechatronics, autonomous systems, or industrial automation. Strong knowledge of robotics systems, motion control, kinematics, dynamics, and robotic integration. Hands-on experience with Robot Operating System (ROS/ROS2), industrial robots, and automation technologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and MATLAB. Experience with machine vision, computer vision, AI/ML applications, and sensor integration is preferred. Knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, industrial communication protocols, and control systems. Familiarity with simulation and design tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Gazebo, RoboDK, or MATLAB/Simulink. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary engineering teams. Experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, semiconductor, or robotics industries is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr Good Co India
