Responsibilities Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize logistics and distribution channels Collaborating with clients to transform supply chains into strategic assets for competitive advantage Analyzing complex business issues and providing solutions from strategy to execution Utilizing supply chain management software to enhance operational efficiency and performance Managing inventory levels and procurement processes to support business planning and cost management Leading initiatives in warehouse automation and connected supply chain operations Applying analytical thinking to extract insights from industry trends and market data Reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance to maintain professional standards Embracing change and adapting strategies to align with evolving business environments Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and development What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of experience What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Physics, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science Demonstrating proficiency in supply chain management software Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex supply chain issues Excelling in logistics and inventory management Embracing change and adapting to new industry trends Developing strategic sourcing and procurement strategies Leveraging operational excellence to optimize supply chain performance Travel Requirements Up to 60% Salary The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
