Vaco Atlanta is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position in Plano, TX . Since this position requires in-office work, only candidates living in the metropolitan Dallas, TX area will be considered. Responsibilities Source and identify candidates for a wide range of positions in administrative and engineering positions. Work closely with Hiring Managers and lead defineeffective recruiting strategies Work with HR to provide white glove onboarding experience Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with the leadership team Identify areas of improvement within recruiting processes Requirements Must have a minimum of 4years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines. Agency and corporate experience is preferred. Experience working in Workday(at least 1 year) is REQUIRED . Must possess strong time management and organizational skills. Must have strong sourcing skills. Must be comfortable managing high-volume recruiting. Experience targeting data center and construction candidates is ideal.
