Job Description Job description We are a 5-doctor veterinary practice seeking a dedicated Client Care Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for animals, excellent teamwork skills, great customer service skills, and a desire to grow within a supportive and positive environment. What We're Looking For:

• Flexible availability (must be able to work every other Saturday)
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional client care and a welcoming atmosphere
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to our thriving hospital culture

Hours of Operation:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:30a-6p
• Friday: 7:30-5:30p
• Saturday: 8:00a-1p
• Closed Sundays
