Unit Manager LPN/RN

Overview The Unit Manager works under the direction of the Director of Nursing to coordinate and supervise the clinical services provided on the skilled nursing unit in order to provide quality resident care in compliance with company policies. The Unit Manager may also be assigned to oversee the clinical services provided in other special units or sectors. The Unit Manager is responsible for focusing on clinical customer service, assessments, communication, audits and compliance.
