Retail Banking Manager

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:
$80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
Lead day-to-day retail banking operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow deposits, consumer lending, and other banking products and services.
Recruit, coach, and develop branch staff, establishing clear expectations and providing ongoing feedback to support individual and team performance.
Oversee branch sales and service goals, monitor results, and implement strategies to strengthen overall performance and customer retention.
Ensure transactions, documentation, cash handling, and other branch activities are completed accurately and in accordance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Represent the bank within the local community, developing relationships with businesses, organizations, and individuals to support market growth and the bank's overall objectives.

Job Requirements

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• 5+ Years Retail Banking Experience in a Management Position.
• Strong understanding of different marketing techniques.
• Multiple branch management Experience – a plus.
• Ability to travel to other branches.
