    • Identify risks to schedule due to incomplete or improper installation.
    • Work with subcontractors to streamline installation sequencing and eliminate rework.
    • Participate in coordination meetings with general contractors, electrical contractors, and BAS subcontractors.

      • Mechanical, electrical, and controls construction drawings
      • Control diagrams, riser diagrams, and network architecture drawings
      • Identify conflicts, design gaps, or constructability issues and develop clear documentation for resolution.
    • Prepare and submit:

      • ASIs (Architect's Supplemental Instructions) tracking and implementation coordination
      • Maintain detailed field reports documenting progress, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
  • Deficiency Tracking & Quality Control Process
    • Establish and maintain a structured deficiency tracking system.
    • Categorize issues by severity (safety, functional, schedule impact, compliance).
    • Ensure timely closure of punch list items related to BAS/controls installation.
    • Verify corrective work is completed properly before acceptance
  • Coordination & Contractor Management
    • Maintain strong working relationships with BAS subcontractors, electrical contractors, and commissioning agents.
    • Provide firm but collaborative field leadership to enforce installation standards.
    • Support a solution-driven environment focused on system performance and integration success.
    • Adapt to dynamic jobsite conditions while maintaining quality expectations.

    • Network risers and panel layouts
  • Proven field experience with low-voltage wiring, control devices, and BAS network infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and IP-based BAS systems.
  • Experience identifying installation deficiencies and driving corrective actions in a construction environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage RFIs and ASIs.

Core Competencies
