HVAC Service Technician / Tempe AZ

Commercial HVAC Service Technician at Sunstate Mechanical Services Hourly Rate: $30-40 (DOE) Location: 2507 W. Erie Dr., Suite 103 Tempe, AZ 85282. Travel: This job requires traveling across the greater Phoenix Area (sites will vary based on the job). Requirements: You must be 18 years old. You must be eligible to work in the U.S. You must be able to pass a drug test. You must be able to pass a motor vehicle history check. For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. You must have your own tool kit. A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required. Able to lift up to 50lbs. Job Duties: As you might expect, HVAC Service is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be: Troubleshooting for rooftop units, Humidifiers, packaged Air Conditioners, Refrigerated Air Dryers, and control systems. Working with Chillers, Cooling Towers, Hot Water/Steam Boilers, Condensers/Chilled Water Pumps and Exhaust Fans regularly. Variable Frequency Drives, Computer Room AC Equipment, Air Handling/Fan Coil Units and Air Compressors will also be a big part of your workload.
