Job Description We are seeking a Technology & Architecture Lead to establish a coherent, scalable, secure, and practical technology foundation for simplification initiatives. This is a hands-on technology leadership role responsible for connecting enterprise architecture, data, AI, applications, integrations, security, and infrastructure into a unified future-state technology roadmap. You will partner directly with technology leadership to shape architecture decisions, establish technology patterns and standards, identify reusable capabilities, and ensure priority solutions are scalable, secure, and enterprise-ready. The ideal candidate combines strong enterprise architecture expertise with the ability to translate complex technology decisions into practical solutions and actionable modernization roadmaps. What We Are Specifically Looking For: We are targeting senior technology and architecture leaders who have experience shaping enterprise technology strategies and architecture across complex modernization or simplification initiatives. Experience should include: Enterprise and solution architecture leadership. Defining target-state technology architectures and modernization roadmaps. Establishing technology patterns, standards, and integration approaches. Connecting application, data, AI, infrastructure, and security architecture decisions. Evaluating build, buy, and integration strategies. Identifying reusable enterprise capabilities and platforms. Reducing technology duplication, integration risk, and technical debt. Working directly with senior technology and executive stakeholders. The ability to balance architectural rigor with practical delivery considerations is critical to this role. Key Responsibilities Own solution and enterprise architecture alignment across priority simplification initiatives. Define technology patterns, standards, principles, and integration approaches. Develop target-state architecture and practical technology roadmaps. Connect decisions across data, AI, applications, integrations, security, and infrastructure. Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, secure, and enterprise-ready. Guide build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions based on business and technology priorities. Identify opportunities to consolidate platforms and create reusable technology capabilities. Identify and reduce duplication, integration complexity, and technical debt. Partner with technology leadership on future-state architecture and technology strategy. Establish architecture decision-making processes and ensure key decisions are documented and aligned. Ensure priority solutions comply with agreed security, scalability, integration, and architecture standards. Partner with engineering and delivery leaders to ensure architecture decisions can be effectively implemented. Provide technical leadership and guidance across complex transformation initiatives. Required Experience: 12+ years of experience in technology, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology transformation. Proven experience leading architecture for complex enterprise modernization initiatives. Strong experience defining target-state architecture and technology roadmaps. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, technology patterns, and integration approaches. Experience connecting application, data, AI, security, infrastructure, and integration architecture. Demonstrated experience identifying reusable platforms and enterprise capabilities. Strong understanding of scalability, security, interoperability, and enterprise technology standards. Experience evaluating build, buy, integrate, and modernization options. Proven ability to identify and address technical debt, duplication, and integration risks. Experience working directly with senior technology leadership and executive stakeholders. Strong ability to translate business strategy into practical technology architecture. Comfortable operating in complex and high-ambiguity enterprise environments. Strong executive communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. Ability to balance long-term architecture strategy with near-term delivery realities. Strong collaboration skills across architecture, engineering, data, security, infrastructure, and business teams.
