Assembly Associate (On?Site) — Prince George, VAIf you like working with your hands, using tools, and seeing a finished product at the end of your shift, this is for you. Join a friendly assembly team where you'll be paired with an experienced assembler and trained on the process—no blueprint experience needed.Pay: $16.00/hr • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM • Hands?on work • Training providedWhat You'll Be DoingAssemble products using basic hand tools and power toolsUse a cordless drill to fasten screws/bolts (we'll train if you're new)Work side?by?side with a seasoned assembler while you learnFollow safety + quality standardsKeep your station clean, organized, and production?readyPerform repetitive assembly while standing throughout the shiftWhat We're Looking ForDependable, punctual, and team?orientedComfortable standing for an 8?hour shiftWilling to learn and follow instructions in a production environmentEnjoy hands?on, "build it and move on to the next" type workWork Environment & PerksMinimal heavy lifting (workstations are pneumatic/adjustable for comfort)Supportive team + on?the?job trainingOvertime may be available after transitioning to a full?time employeeGreat opportunity to build real assembly skills and growIf you want steady hours, consistent pay, and a job where your work is visible and satisfying—apply now.
