Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking a compassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician. Practice with purpose while enjoying mountain living in Payson, Arizona.
Compensation and Benefits

Requirements
To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:
- MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility.
